 By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Outdoorsy Uganda’s website, booking a trip, purchasing merchandise, or interacting with our content, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Services Provided

Outdoorsy Uganda offers adventure and hiking tours, booking services, and outdoor merchandise sales. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services, but we do not guarantee that all information on our website is free from errors.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book an adventure or purchase merchandise from our website.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making bookings or purchases.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  • You agree not to misuse the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through the official Outdoorsy Uganda website.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept various payment methods, which will be indicated during the checkout process.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 3-6 days of the trip will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip.

  • Refunds for merchandise purchases are available only for defective items or incorrect orders. The customer must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

6. Risk Acknowledgment

  • Participating in outdoor adventures involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, and exposure to unpredictable weather conditions.

  • By booking a trip with Outdoorsy Uganda, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • We highly recommend that you have personal travel insurance that covers outdoor activities.
